DPW, FHA plan meeting for Ylig Bridge

Guam – The Department of Public Works will discuss the potential adverse impacts to significant prehistoric and archeological resources from the replacement of the Ylig Bridge. DPW and the Federal Highway Administration will hold a public meeting May 19 at the Yona Community Center from 6-7pm to advise the public of the potential impacts and proposed mitigation efforts.
The Ylig Bridge is being replaced in preparation for the dump trucks that were traverse it daily to get to the new Layon landfill.
